Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to info@fidelo.in or calling +91 81783 43209, and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Step 1: Click the Products option from the drop-down menu on the Home Page.

Step 2: Select the desired product and add to cart the desired quantity.

Step 3: Open Cart and select checkout.

Step 4: Fill in your details and click on place order.

Your order has been placed.

Sedimentation is part of the natural process. The sediments are due to the real almond paste used to create the drink and are completely safe to consume. Just shake well before use.

We primarily use cow’s milk for our yogurt smoothies, ghee, and other dairy-based products. However, our almond drinks are made from pure almonds, offering a delicious non-dairy alternative.

Our yogurt smoothies, Almonds drinks and Ghee can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dark place and Cream Cheese needs to be refrigerated. However, you may refrigerate our Yogurt Smoothies, Almond Drink for consumption. Please refer to the specific product labels for detailed storage instructions.
